to stop acting like this sort of thing doesn’t happen to anyone but me, to remember that everyone goes through things like this on a regular basis, it’s time to buck up and have a good day– that’s one of the key essential things I learned from healing school. Healing is not when everything is happy and perfect. Healing is when you can hold sadness and fear and worry AND think factually about what you can and cannot control AND go on about your day even when worried and sad.
